1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 365365jl website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 365365jl Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the 365365jl Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the Platform in any capacity. 365365jl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 365365jl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. 365365jl strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age verification cannot be completed.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 365365jl Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a self-exclusion order may not register or use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 365365jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been identified as a problem gambler by any regulatory authority.

365365jl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse service to any person who does not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 365365jl Platform, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You are the sole authorized user of your account and will not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will notify 365365jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

365365jl reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.

Accounts registered with false information, or accounts used for fraudulent purposes, will be permanently terminated and any balances may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

365365jl supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 365365jl wallet instantly. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes on average. Bank withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Fees: 365365jl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

365365jl reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. Transactions suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

365365jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 365365jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 365365jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account termination.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering requirements, the decision of 365365jl shall be final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365365jl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a minor (person under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 365365jl staff or other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 365365jl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 365365jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any 365365jl trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 365365jl intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365365jl and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond 365365jl's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.

365365jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 365365jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

9. Responsible Gaming

365365jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications displaying time spent and net gaming activity are available in account settings.

10. Termination

365365jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures).

Upon termination for cause, 365365jl reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the completion of any required investigation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

365365jl operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by 365365jl's internal complaints process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact 365365jl's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.

12. Amendments

365365jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 365365jl Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
